IT Program Manager

Summary

We are seeking a hands-on IT Program Manager to lead, contribute to, and support the implementation, integration, and optimization of key business technology initiatives, with a major focus on Reports, Integration, Configuration, and Extensions (RICE) in our Acumatica ERP environment.

Our hybrid role blends program leadership with direct technical delivery. The position will also oversee ERP enhancements—including barcoding tied to Acumatica—integrate and support AgTech systems for agricultural trading, and manage third-party IT services for hosted infrastructure, device support, and cybersecurity.

The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable strategizing at the program level and producing tangible deliverables such as BI dashboards, integrations, configurations, and custom extensions.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $100,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

Hands-On (Acumatica ERP) Delivery

  • Personally design, develop, and deploy:
    • Reports – Standard/custom ERP reports, Data Warehouse integrations, and Business Intelligence (BI) dashboards.
    • Integrations – APIs, middleware, and data pipelines connecting Acumatica with AgTech, manufacturing, and other business systems.
    • Configuration – Directly manage Acumatica parameters, workflows, user roles, and security settings.
    • Extensions – Create and maintain custom modules, plug-ins, and enhancements to meet business needs.
  • Implement and integrate barcoding solutions within Acumatica for manufacturing, inventory, and quality processes.

ERP & AgTech Support

  • Serve as primary escalation point for ERP and AgTech system issues, performing hands-on troubleshooting and resolution when needed.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure high availability, performance, and user satisfaction for both Acumatica and AgTech.
  • Evolve portfolio of Data Warehouse/BI capabilities aggregating Acumatica, AgTech, and other data sources—enabling rapid response to ad hoc analysis requests.

Program & Vendor Oversight

  • Develop program plans, budgets, and timelines for ERP, AgTech, and IT infrastructure initiatives.
  • Manage third-party IT providers delivering hosted infrastructure, device lifecycle management, and network services.
  • Monitor SLAs, vendor performance, and contractual
  • Cybersecurity & Compliance
  • Oversee endpoint protection, access controls, monitoring, and vulnerability management.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations, industry standards, and internal policies.
  • Change Management & Training
  • Lead training sessions, develop documentation, and drive adoption for new RICE features, ERP enhancements, and AgTech integrations.

Skills & Attributes

  • Able to switch seamlessly between strategic program leadership and technical development.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability.
  • High adaptability in a fast-paced, multi-initiative environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in IT systems, or ERP
  • Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and features.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, and networking fundamentals.
  • Strong vendor and infrastructure management capabilities.
  • Solid understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  • Experience implementing barcoding solutions within ERP.
  • Experience with data warehousing and Business Intelligence
